All information, tips, and tools on this website are in Dutch. Would you prefer another language? Please use your browser’s translation feature.
Please note: we have no control over how the translation appears.
On Android, you can translate web pages using Google Chrome. When you open a page in another language, Chrome automatically offers to translate it. A bar will appear at the bottom of the screen asking if you’d like to translate the page.
Tap "Translate", and the page will instantly appear in your preferred language.
If you don’t see the translation prompt: open Chrome > Settings > Languages and make sure Offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language you read is turned on.
Additionally, you can install the Google Translate app to translate text.
You can translate web pages in Safari on your iPhone. When you visit a website in another language, Safari usually detects this automatically and shows a Translate icon (a speech bubble with lines) in the address bar.
Tap the Translate icon and then select "Translate to [language]". The page will instantly reload in the chosen language.
If you don’t see the translation option, ensure that Safari Translation is turned on under Settings > Safari.
You can also use the Translate app (pre-installed on iPhones with iOS 15 and newer) to translate text manually.
If your browser’s translation feature is turned on, you’ll automatically see a message when you open the In je bol website: “Translate this page?” Here you can choose your preferred language.
If you don’t see this message, the translation feature may be turned off. Go to your browser’s Settings > Languages > Translation to turn it on.
You can use Safari on your MacBook to translate web pages by clicking the Translate icon in the address bar (the “AA” icon) and then selecting “Translate to [language].” This feature is built into newer versions of macOS, so translation must be available on your Mac for it to work.
If you don’t see the translation option, make sure the translation feature is enabled in your system settings. Go to the Apple menu > System Settings > General > Language & Region, and check your translation preferences.
You can also download an extension, such as Translate for Safari, from the Mac App Store.
